Esther Williams is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Citation Group since April 2020, where Esther leads HR initiatives to support workplace compliance for Australian and New Zealand businesses. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of People & Culture Manager, International at Virgin Pulse from June 2016 to March 2020, overseeing HR operations across multiple regions including Australia and Europe. Esther's extensive background includes roles at Davidson Technology as a Consultant specializing in Agile and Digital recruitment, and at Momenta Operations as a Training & Development Resourcer, among others. Esther earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Management and Human Resources from Deakin University, complementing a solid foundation in retail and operations management from earlier positions.
