Paul Darrah serves as the Chief Workplace Officer at Citadel since February 2024, following a notable tenure at Google as Senior Director of WDD Americas and Director of Real Estate NYC from May 2017 to January 2024. With extensive experience in real estate and workplace strategy, Paul held leadership roles at ASW Group, LLC, Building & Land Technology, Bridgewater Associates, Lehman Brothers, and Bloomberg LP, where responsibilities included managing large real estate portfolios and implementing innovative workplace designs. Paul’s career began at Brennan Beer Gorman Architects and WPG Design Group, focusing on architectural services and project management. Paul holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech, earned between 1980 and 1985.
