Matt Mitro possesses extensive experience in recruitment and staffing across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Campus Recruiting at Citadel, Matt previously held the position of Managing Director for Global Firmwide Campus Recruiting at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, experience at Google included roles as Staffing Programs Lead for Tech Student Development in North America, as well as Staffing Programs Manager for EMEA & Americas and EMEA & APAC. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Indego Africa, Matt demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Early career experience includes working as a Global Projects Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Matt Mitro holds a Juris Doctor in International Trade from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
