Blake Stout is an accomplished Program Manager currently serving as COO at Citadel since November 2021. Previously, Blake held the position of Enterprise Operations Lead at Palantir Technologies from July 2019 to November 2021, specializing as both Account and Technical Program Manager. Blake’s extensive experience also includes a distinguished tenure as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy from May 2014 to June 2019, where notable achievements included earning the Submarine Warfare Insignia award and leading teams to maintain exceptional safety and operational standards under challenging conditions. Blake's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School (2023-2025) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in French from the United States Naval Academy (2010-2014), along with additional studies at École Navale and Quality Assurance School.
