Zhenlin Z. began their work experience in 2017 as a Quantitative Investment Research Intern at Penghua Fund Management Co., Ltd. They then went on to work as a Summer Analyst at CME Group in 2018. In 2019, Zhenlin Z. joined Deutsche Bank as a Quantitative Trader, a position they held until their departure in 2022. Currently, Zhenlin Z. is working as a Trader at Citadel Securities, starting in October 2022.

Zhenlin Z. completed a Master's degree (M.A.) in Mathematics of Finance (MAFN) from Columbia University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, Zhenlin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a Minor in Applied Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, Zhenlin also participated in an Exchange Program at Università Bocconi, focusing on Finance.
