Theodore Schiffman currently serves as the Head of ETF at Citadel Securities since October 2017, bringing extensive experience in the finance sector. Prior to this role, Theodore held the position of Associate Director at Susquehanna International Group from October 2004 to January 2017. Theodore began their career as a Trading Systems Engineer at International Counseling from August 2003 to October 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (2001-2003) and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Brandeis University (1997-2001), supplemented by a study abroad program in Computer Science at City, University of London in 1999.
