Joela Powell has over two decades of experience in the financial and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Registered Financial Associate and Account Specialist at Citadel Credit Union since September 2020. Previously, Joela owned an exclusive agency with Allstate from December 2002 to May 2020, focusing on providing exceptional service in property/casualty and life/accident and health insurance. Earlier roles included a Licensed Sales Producer and Customer Service Representative at McGrath Insurance Inc. from 2000 to 2002, and positions at Vanguard from 1995 to 2000 in both New Plans and as a Senior Associate in Participant Services. Joela Powell holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
