Dr. Katherine Shaw Ashanti serves as the Loan Origination Manager at Citadel Federal Credit Union since January 2020 and has also been an Adjunct Professor at American InterContinental University since March 2015, where responsibilities include mentoring and supporting online students. Prior experience includes roles as Supervisor of License & Compliance at ARI, Risk/Quality Assurance Professional at Steward Financial Services, Senior Credit Analyst at Toyota Financial Services, Senior Analyst at Wells Fargo Auto Finance, and Retail Credit Analyst at DaimlerChrysler. Dr. Ashanti holds an MBA in Strategies & Economics from the New York Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University.
