Dave Hoffman has over two decades of experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Citadel Drilling Ltd. since April 2014. Prior roles at Citadel include Vice President of Operations, General Manager, and Drilling Superintendent. Previously, from July 1999 to April 2014, Dave held several positions at Nabors Industries, starting as a Rig Hand and advancing to Rig Manager and Field Superintendent.
