Mars Cyrillo has an extensive background in various roles at CI&T, starting from QA Analyst to eventually becoming a Partner and EVP, focusing on ABI's BEES. With experience in digital services, machine learning, product development, and marketing, Mars has also co-founded Smart Canvas®. Mars holds multiple degrees including a PhD in Applied Physics and MBA in Entrepreneurship.
