Marcell Alves is a Senior Software Architect at CI&T since May 2021, with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Prior roles include Software Architect at Fácil Informática, where critical functionalities for a new product MVP were developed, and various positions at companies such as Rateio Digital and MaxMilhas, focusing on architectural design and cloud services using AWS. Marcell has also held leadership positions, including Developer Leader at dti digital, managing a team of developers, and has contributed to defining architecture and developing internal productivity tools at Squadra Tecnologia. Marcell's career began with significant technical roles, including as a Senior Development Analyst at Vetta Group and as a co-founder of Mappz Sistemas e Aplicativos LTDA ME. Marcell holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Information Technology from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
