Ivana Aquino is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies, having led agile squads at CI&T and Stefanini Brasil since 2017. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft TFS, and Jira, Ivana facilitated communication and conflict resolution in diverse projects. Prior to project management roles, Ivana served as an IT Specialist at IBM and Stefanini, focusing on Microsoft Project Server (EPM) consulting and user training in project management best practices across various Latin American and European projects. Ivana began a career in software development at AeC Contact Center, utilizing VBA and C# for system development in Microsoft SharePoint. Ivana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade FUMEC.
