Sebastien Morin is a highly experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer currently employed at CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches since February 2023, specializing in vulnerability audits, penetration testing, and the management of security resources. Prior to this role, Morin served as the Offensive Security Team Leader at both the Ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique and the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor (SCT), where responsibilities included advising on information security solutions, project management, and developing security policies. Morin's career began in 2009 as an Accounting Assistant at Simard Morin Delage, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Technology Management from Université Laval.
