Raijann Bascoe is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and implementation. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at Cision since June 2022, Raijann previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at IMAGINiT Technologies, where guidance was provided to over 80 new clients throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewals. Prior experience includes a role as a Guest Experience Representative at lululemon, focusing on enhancing customer interactions and resolving escalated issues, and as an Assistant Manager at Claire's, handling performance analysis and employee evaluations. Raijann holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Diploma of General Arts and Science from Humber College.
