Lucie Monier has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lucie worked as a Sales Manager and Account Manager at Cision France, where they led a team and managed the company's commercial activities. Lucie also worked on client retention and business development in the media industry. At Cision, they held the role of Senior Account Manager Team Lead.

Lucie also served as the President of a childcare association called Crèche Associative, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with local authorities and stakeholders in early childhood education. Lucie effectively managed the association's operations and ensured the smooth running of the childcare facility.

Prior to that, Lucie worked as a Business Development Manager at Joïa and as a Communication Manager at Solvay Aroma Performance. Lucie also gained valuable experience as a Parliamentary Assistant during their internship at Permanence Parlementaire.

Lucie Monier completed their Baccalauréat degree at Lycée Léonard de Vinci from 2004 to 2008. Lucie then pursued a Licence in Sciences Politiques et Sciences économiques et de gestion at Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they attended Universität Trier for their Master 1 degree in Sciences politiques et gouvernement. Next, they obtained their Master 1 in Science Politique from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 2011-2012. Finally, Lucie completed a Master 2 degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at IDRAC Lyon from 2012 to 2013.
