Kaitlyn Rajchel

Customer Relationship Lead at Cision

Kaitlyn Rajchel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. Kaitlyn started their career as a Peer Mentor at the Student Success Center, where they managed the academic progress and social involvement of 60 first-year students. Kaitlyn also facilitated presentations on various topics and provided coaching to students.

In 2017, Kaitlyn interned at GoodWill Day Services, where they engaged with adults who have disabilities and developed the Academics program. Kaitlyn also wrote individual plans and case notes for clients.

From 2018 to 2019, Kaitlyn worked as a Graduate Student Intern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin. In this role, they facilitated events on campus and in the community and researched social justice content for various events.

Kaitlyn then served as a Graduate Assistant at the Career Planning & Resource Center from 2018 to 2020. In this position, they advised students and alumni on career services, delivered presentations on career topics, and supervised student employees.

In 2020, Kaitlyn became a Career Services Advisor at Career Planning & Resourc. Kaitlyn advised students and alumni on career services, researched and delivered resources on career topics, and provided feedback on resumes and cover letters.

From 2021 to 2022, Kaitlyn worked as a Career Network Engagement Specialist at the Community College of Aurora. In this role, they coached students on academic and career exploration, recruited companies for internship and job opportunities, and established rapport with employers.

Kaitlyn briefly held the position of Manager at Basse's Taste of Country in 2021. Kaitlyn oversaw facilities, ensured cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and provided excellent customer service.

Currently, Kaitlyn is employed at Cision as a Customer Relationship Manager. Kaitlyn manages relations with global and national clients, analyzes customer feedback, and facilitates projects across teams and time zones.

Throughout their career, Kaitlyn has demonstrated effective communication, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. Kaitlyn has achieved top performer status and has consistently contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Kaitlyn Rajchel pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they further expanded their knowledge in this field and completed a Master's degree in Social Welfare at the same institution.
