Josef Bachmeier is an experienced leader in solutions engineering and customer engagement, currently serving as Vice President of Solutions for Cision since August 2021, after previously holding titles including Senior Director of the Solutions Engineering Team. At Cision, Josef oversees a team focused on delivering innovative client experiences through strategic advisement and technical solutions. Prior to this role, Josef was Director of Customer Engagement at PR Newswire, where responsibilities included managing customized web hosting solutions and leading a team of content specialists. Josef's background also includes technical writing at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and organizational roles in promoting sports events at the University of New Mexico. Educationally, Josef holds degrees in Print Journalism from the University of Rhode Island and the University of New Mexico.
