Shane Bell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in physical design and team leadership across various companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as PD Lead and Principal Engineer at Cisco since April 2021, Shane previously held significant roles at Acacia Communications Inc. as PD Lead, and at EZchip as Physical Design Lead, where the focus included the development of advanced ARM processors. Shane's earlier career includes leadership in physical design at Tilera, AMD, Intel, and positions at Compaq and Digital. Shane holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
