Sara Hepner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Strategy and Program Operations for Cisco's Security Business Group since February 2024, Sara previously held the role of Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Splunk, where notable achievements included building a high-performing global sales team that met ambitious targets. Prior experience includes consultancy roles focused on revenue operations, and leadership positions at BMC Software, EMC, Infogain, BEA Systems, Jamcracker, and HP, demonstrating a strong track record in improving sales productivity, customer success, and operational efficiency. Sara holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and a B.A. with a double major from Alma College.
