Ragul Y is an experienced IAM Business Analyst currently working at Cisco since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing Business and Functional Requirements Documents for MyID SSO implementation and collaborating with architects and developers on Technical Design Documents. Prior experience includes roles as Lead IAM BA/SM at Jefferies, Lead IAM SM/BA at T-Mobile, and Information Security Business Analyst/SM at Northern Trust Corporation, where Ragul led significant projects including a new password policy rollout.
