Philip John is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Regional VP of HR and India Lead for Emerging Talent at Cisco, Philip has also worked as a Country Acceleration Consultant for India and SAARC regions. Previous experience includes contributing as a Member of HBR Ascend at Harvard Business Review and serving as an HRBP Live Intern at Roberto Cavalli. Philip's early career includes an HRLP FLEX-RL Internship at Cisco and a Summer Internship at Amazon. Philip holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Finance from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) and has further enhanced professional skills at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
