O'Bryan Stull has over a decade of experience in technical support and leadership roles within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Leader of Strategy & Planning at Cisco since July 2013, O'Bryan oversees the Technical Acceleration Program Team focused on onboarding and training new hires in the Technical Assistance Center. Previous roles at Cisco included Technical Leader in Cloud Collaboration and support engineer for Telepresence products. Prior experience includes IT Support Consultant positions at Preferred Compounding and Eberhardt Landscaping, where responsibilities ranged from auditing inventory to configuring servers and troubleshooting user issues. O'Bryan began the career as a Help Desk Intern at The University of Akron, providing technical support to students and faculty. O'Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Applied Business in Computer Information Systems from The University of Akron.
