Mian Fouché is an experienced leader in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of People, Policy, and Purpose for Americas Engineering Talent at Cisco, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition efforts for the comprehensive engineering portfolio. Previously, Mian held positions at Cisco focused on Security and Collaboration Talent, as well as roles at Amazon Web Services as a Technical Talent Acquisition Leader, and at Capital One as a Senior Consultant in Tech Talent Acquisition. Mian's earlier experience includes significant roles in technical recruiting and delivery management at firms such as Veredus, Fahrenheit IT, and Genesis Consulting Partners, along with international candidate management at Morgan McKinley. Mian holds a BA in Law from Stellenbosch University.
