Guozhong Du is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on component engineering and supplier quality, currently serving as the Component Engineering and Supplier Quality Leader at Cisco since 2021. Previously, Guozhong held the position of Principal Engineer at Acacia Communications Inc. from 2016 to 2021 and spent over a decade at Ciena Corporation in various roles, including Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer. Other past experiences include senior engineering roles at LTX Corporation and Optical Electrical Group Co.,Ltd., along with R&D management at Jinke Electronics Co., LTD. Guozhong holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University.
