Buffy Ransom is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer support and service excellence within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of CX Centers at Cisco since July 2022, Buffy Ransom leads a large organization responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and customer engagements. Prior to this role, Buffy Ransom held various senior leadership positions at Oracle from 2005 to 2022, including Senior Vice President of ERP & SCM Cloud Service Excellence, and Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support for E Business Suite. Buffy Ransom's career began at J.D. Edwards/PeopleSoft, progressing from Senior Manager Support to a global customer support role. Buffy Ransom has completed the Executive Insight Program at IESE Business School and the University of Michigan, and holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems and Marketing from Colorado State University.
