Adele Trombetta is an accomplished leader in customer experience and technology transformation, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Customer Experience (CX) EMEA at Cisco since January 2018. With prior experience as Vice President of various CX roles at Cisco, Trombetta also held significant positions at DXC Technology as VP of Europe Commercial Delivery and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as EMEA South Delivery Vice President. Adele's earlier career at IBM encompassed various leadership roles, including European Accounts Growth Leader and AMS Delivery Leader. Adele holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
