Charles Toth is an experienced legal and enforcement professional currently serving as Vice-President of Complaint Intake and Operations at CIRO/OCRI since September 2008. Over the years, Toth has held various leadership positions within the organization, including Vice President roles in Enforcement and Managing Director of Litigation. Prior to joining CIRO/OCRI, Toth worked as a Litigation Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from July 2004 to August 2008. Toth earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Business Administration Option from Wilfrid Laurier University.
