Gaston Fernandez Palma is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and law. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer and assistant lawyer at Cirio Law Firm since May 2022, Gaston specializes in GDPR, AML/CTF, international sanctions, and general compliance. Gaston also holds the position of leader/material manager for team 11 at Sundbybergs IK since January 2023 and has worked as a writer at JP Infonet AB since October 2020. Previous roles include Senior Jurist at Finansinspektionen, subject expert at the Swedish Government Offices, and legal advisor at various governmental organizations. Gaston holds a Jur.kand. degree from Stockholm University and has completed an Erasmus program at the University of Deusto, as well as a course on blockchain and Bitcoin at University West.
