Babu Sivanithy has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Babu began their career with PRICE WATER HOUSE COOPERS as an Audit professional from 1990 to 1994. Babu then joined Deutsche Bank in 1997 and held various roles, including CFO of Emerging Markets, Director for Structured Products, and Global Director for Emerging Markets, until 2011. From 2012 to 2016, Babu worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Executive Director, responsible for global coordination of the Global Equity Derivatives business and leading finance transformation programs. Babu then served as the Equities CFO at UBS from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Babu is the Chief Financial Officer at Cirdan Capital, starting in December 2022.

From 1986 to 1990, Babu Sivanithy studied at King's College London and obtained a BSc (joint Honours) degree in Biochemistry Physiology.
