Josephine Moubarak is an experienced product manager currently leading efforts at Circular Economy Systems (CES) since June 2022, where responsibilities include mentoring cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle. Prior experience includes a role as an Agile Coach at Optus from 2014 to 2022, where Josephine developed strategies for agile practices across multiple teams; a Digital Service Manager position focused on customer success initiatives; and earlier roles such as Network Interface Manager and Case Manager, facilitating significant improvements in customer service. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding AJM Masonry Pty Ltd, where business administration and project management were key efforts. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Psychology and Business Administration from Macquarie University.
