Shankar Pratim B. began their work experience in 2007 at Ador Powertron Ltd, where they worked as a Sr. Engg (Marketing & International Business) handling High Voltage Transformer Rectifier sets divisions required by ESP manufacturers and Boiler division companies. Shankar Pratim then joined WURTH ELEKTRONIK in 2010 as a Manager Business Development, responsible for sales targets and developing the company's Sales and Marketing strategy within India. In 2014, Shankar Pratim B. became International Sales Manager at Rishabh Instruments Private Limited, where they worked until 2017. Shankar Pratim is currently the Head of Business Development at Circuitronix.

Shankar Pratim B. completed a Master's Degree in Marketing & International Business from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Their education history also includes completing High School from Faculty Higher Secondary School, Guwahati, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Economics between 1999 and 2001.
