AJ Sharma is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and corporate development. Currently serving as CFO and Senior Vice President of Business Development at CIRCOR International, Inc. since September 2009, AJ has played a pivotal role in integration leadership for significant transactions, including the $850 million acquisition of Colfax Fluid Handling. Prior experience includes serving as Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Textron Inc., where AJ led acquisition and divestiture transactions, and as Corporate Development Director at SPX Corporation, directing M&A efforts. AJ's career began with roles in tax and legal services at Price Waterhouse Coopers and as a Corporate Development Analyst at Vogel IT-Medien GmbH.
