Igor Cabral has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Igor started their career at Banco Itaú as a Design Intern in 2007 and later became a Senior Designer. In 2014, they founded Trustworks Gestão de Marcas, a branding consultancy, where they developed brand strategies and managed the company's commercial operations.

In 2016, Igor became a Founding Partner at Miubox, a company specializing in developing eco-friendly products for cats. Igor handled brand management and product development for the company.

From 2017 to 2018, Igor worked as a Design Manager at Echos - Innovation Lab, managing a team involved in UX, physical products, and visual design. Igor was also responsible for managing Echos' brand and ensuring the company's values were reflected in communications and experiences.

In 2018, Igor joined Conta Azul as a Product Design Manager, overseeing a team of six designers and focusing on accountancy professionals. Igor worked on various projects, ranging from digital products to customer experience and communication.

In 2020, Igor moved to Easynvest, where they served as a Product Design and Research Manager. Their main responsibilities included managing designers working across different products and marketing, as well as integrating Nubank's product and defining target audience and product flows.

In 2021, Igor joined Jusbrasil as the Head of Design, where they led the team's growth from 14 to 30 professionals. Igor introduced Design Ops and UX Research, contributing to the company's success by implementing experience metrics like CSAT and NPS.

Most recently, Igor is currently working at Circle as a member of the Design Operations team starting in June 2023.

Igor Cabral's education history is as follows:

- In 2004 to 2008, Igor attended Centro Universitário Senac and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design, majoring in Visual Communication.

- From 2011 to 2013, Igor pursued an MBA at Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco, specializing in Branding and Brand Management.

- In 2013, Igor took an extension course in Branding at Brunel University London.

In addition to their formal education, Igor has obtained several certifications:

- In October 2019, they received certification in Project Management from ContaAzul.

- In September 2019, they completed the Search Inside Yourself program at PS TREINAMENTO.

- In June 2019, Igor obtained certification in Agile UX Design from Glauber Lander.

- In November 2016, they obtained certification in Financial Management from SEBRAE.

- In March 2013, Igor participated in the Service Design Jam at Echos - Innovation Lab.

- In March 2008, they completed the Creative Process program with Charles Watson.
