Danilo Baylon has a diverse work experience in the field of radiography. Danilo started their career in 2002 at CebuDoc Group, where they worked as a General and Cross-Sectional Radiographer, rotating between various departments and participating in the training of new radiographers. In 2007, they joined Care UK as a CT Mobile Radiographer before moving on to Spire Healthcare Group plc in 2008. At Spire, they held multiple roles including Senior General Radiographer, CT Clinical Lead Radiographer & MRI Radiographer, Interim Imaging Manager, and Deputy Imaging Manager. During their time at Spire, they played a significant role in setting up MRI and CT services, training and mentoring radiographers, and developing cardiac services. Danilo joined Circle Health Group in 2021 as a CT Clinical Lead Radiographer and is responsible for setting up a new CT service, training radiographers, and developing the CT Cardiac service.

Danilo Baylon completed their Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology with a focus on Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiography from Cebu Doctors' University, Mandaue City, from 1998 to 2002.
