Enobong Udofot has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as an intern at ExxonMobil in 2011. In 2014, Enobong worked as a Technical Officer at Professional Experience & Training, gaining valuable technical skills. They then moved on to work as a Financial Advisor at Sanlam before joining AXA Mansard as a Professional Sales Staff. In 2019, Enobong joined APM Terminals as an Operations/Engineering - Crane Operator and later became an HSE Supervisor. Currently, Enobong works at Circle Health Group, where they have held roles as Health and Safety Coordinator, Health, Safety and Environmental Lead, and currently serve as the Health, Safety & Environmental Lead/Fire Safety Manager. Enobong holds an MBA and certifications in TechIOSH and ACMI.

Enobong Udofot holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business from Coventry University London, which was completed between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Agricultural/Bioresources Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna, from 2007 to 2012. Enobong has also earned several additional certifications, including the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute, the TechIOSH certification from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), and various certifications related to risk assessment, engineering, insurance, and safety from different institutions.
