Jyotika Berry is a QA Engineer at Circle Graphics since January 2021, specializing in automation testing with Selenium WebDriver and API testing using Postman, alongside managing test cases and defects via DevAzure. Previously, Jyotika served as a Quality Analyst at Ideal Software Systems, Inc. from September 2020 to January 2021, focusing on both manual and automation testing using the Ranorex tool and JIRA for defect management. Prior experience includes a QA Analyst role at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2019 to September 2020, where agile methodologies were utilized for test case development, and QA Manual Tester positions at Bit Infocom Technologies and IT Infolab Technologies from June 2016 to May 2019 and July 2011 to June 2014, respectively. Jyotika holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Engineering from Inderaprastha Engineering College, obtained from 2009 to 2011.
