Ruth Gluck has a strong background in the field of behavioral therapy and clinical operations. Ruth served as a Behavioral Therapist at Attentive Behavior Care from June 2014 to September 2016, and later as a Behavioral Therapist at Steps to Success The from September 2016 to June 2019. In 2017, they took on the role of a Remedial teacher at a company called c, working there until June 2019. From August 2019 to February 2020, Ruth worked as a BCBA at Steps to Success Therapy. Ruth then transitioned to a Quality Assurance Specialist/Assessments Coordinator position at Build N Care Therapy / Proud Moments ABA from November 2019 to July 2020. Ruth's extensive experience led their to join Attain ABA as a Quality Assurance Supervisor from July 2020 to February 2022. Ruth was promoted to the role of Clinical Operations Manager from January to May 2022, before ultimately becoming the Director of Clinical Operations from May 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Ruth holds the position of Director of Operations at Circle Care Services, starting in July 2023.

Ruth Gluck completed their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Mercy University in 2016. Ruth then pursued a Masters degree in Education at Mercy University from 2016 to 2017. Lastly, in 2017 to 2018, they attended Florida Institute of Technology to study Applied Behavior Analysis.
