Tobin (Toby) Nelson serves as the Vice President of Legal (Corporate/Securities) and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Bath & Body Works since November 2021. Previously, Tobin held the position of Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Equitrans Midstream Corporation from November 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, Tobin was Corporate Secretary at EQM Midstream Partners, LP and EQGP Holdings, LP from July 2017 to April 2019. Earlier roles include Senior Counsel - Securities at EQT Corporation between October 2012 and November 2018, as well as positions at Rice Midstream Partners LP, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Tobin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a JD with summa cum laude honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, also summa cum laude, from Gannon University.
