Romee Rutgers van der Loeff serves as the Vice President, Global HR BP at Circana since February 2021, providing strategic HR partnership across global commercial business verticals and executives. Prior experience includes roles as Global HR Business Partner, Senior Director, and HR Director at Circana, formerly known as IRI, where Romee focused on strategic HR direction for leaders in various industries. As an Independent HR Consultant in 2020-2021, Romee advised clients on organizational design and management practices. Prior roles also include Head of HQ HR at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Team Leader HR Services at GSK, and various HR positions at Heineken and EY. Romee holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen.
