Paul Shainian is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure operations and security, system integration, and cloud architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure, Innovation and Planning at Circana, Shainian leads solution architecture definition for the Circana Liquid Data Private Cloud platform and has successfully established a new Disaster Recovery data center. Previously, Shainian held key roles such as Director of Infrastructure Operations and Security at Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, and Senior Manager of Infrastructure Operations at Harris Teeter, where leadership and mentorship of engineering teams were paramount. Additional experience includes significant positions at JCPenney, Dell Services, Siemens, and BASF, where Shainian managed and implemented complex IT systems and infrastructures. Paul Shainian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Management from Johnson & Wales University.
