Katherine Libonate is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global negotiations and consumer insights. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global Negotiations at Circana since March 2023, Katherine also operates as a Coach and Culture Transformation Leader, dedicated to enhancing leaders' well-being and success through positive psychology coaching. At The NPD Group, Katherine has held various leadership roles since March 2004, including directing global negotiations and consumer insights, where strategic account management and market analysis were key focuses. Previous experience includes a Director position at SquareTrade Inc., overseeing product management and marketing initiatives, and an Account Manager role at Intuit, where significant improvements in web traffic were achieved. Katherine's educational background includes degrees from the University of Maryland and advanced coursework at Wharton and Johns Hopkins University.
