Sushil Kale is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the National Sales Head and Director for Respiratory Orals at Cipla since April 2019, Sushil has held various leadership roles including Director of Marketing and Division Sales Head for Respiratory (ILD & PH). Prior to Cipla, Sushil worked at USV Private Limited as Marketing Manager and Group Product Manager, and at Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in multiple product management roles. Early in the career, Sushil gained experience at Khandelwal Laboratories, Meyer Organics, GSK, and Ranbaxy, starting as a Medical Representative. Sushil holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
