Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President & Executive Director - Member Services at Brand Innovator LLC, where they facilitated networking and knowledge sharing among senior marketers. Additionally, Stephen held the position of Executive Director at Brand Innovators Labs, an innovation consultancy acquired by Brand Innovators LLC. Stephen also worked as a Vice President at Brand Innovator Labs, focusing on growth and innovation consulting for Fortune 500 Brands and adtech/martech companies. Prior to joining Brand Innovators, Stephen served as Vice President of Operations at Bypass, overseeing operations and point-of-sale implementations.
