Flora Qin has extensive work experience in various financial and compliance roles. Flora began their career as an Assistant Manager in Audit at KPMG China in 2006. After that, they worked as an Assistant Manager in Financial Advisory Service at Maoye International China from 2009 to 2010. Flora then joined Tianhe Chemical Works as a Finance Manager and CFO Assistant from 2010 to 2011. Flora then moved to Chevron, where they held the positions of Sr. Compliance Analyst from 2011 to 2014 and China Internal Control & Compliance Head from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Flora serves as CFO and Partner at Cipher Ground.

Flora Qin completed their education with a Bachelor of Management Science degree in International Accounting from the University of International Business and Economics in 1999. Flora later obtained a Master of Management Science degree in Accounting from the same university in 2006. Flora's secondary education took place at Haining High School from 1996 to 1999.
