Fernando Pinheiro is an experienced information security professional with a comprehensive background in penetration testing and security consulting. Currently serving as an Information Security Specialist and Senior Information Security Consultant at Cipher since September 2020, Fernando has worked extensively on Red Team projects and security research, focusing on various platforms including Android and iOS applications and web applications. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Information Security Engineer at Conviso Application Security, and Information Security Engineer at Cipher, where responsibilities encompassed penetration testing, code review, and vulnerability assessments. Fernando also has experience as a Security Analyst at vTECH, where security solutions were deployed and supported, and as a programmer during the Rails Girls Summer of Code, contributing to the Ruby on Rails study platform. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Laureate Education, Fernando continues to enhance skills in the field of information security.
