Niall began a career in training and consultancy as a founding director of Quadrant Training Services Ltd and has held various training roles across different sectors, demonstrating strong leadership and innovative training solutions. Niall's educational background includes a CMI Diploma in Management from the University of Brighton and a Diploma in Drama and the Spoken Word from Queen Margaret University.
