Michael Kowalski, PE, is an experienced Construction Engineering professional currently serving as the Construction Engineering Group Manager at Ciorba Group, Inc., since February 2017. In this role, Michael has held various titles including Senior Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager-Construction, providing Phase III Resident Engineering services and Phase I and II engineering services to agencies such as INDOT, IDOT, Illinois Tollway, and local agencies.
