Ankush Rathi started their work experience in 2021 as a Software Development Engineer at CakeSoft Technologies Private Limited. Ankush then advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineer at the same company. In 2022, they joined UPTIQ as a Software Development Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer there as well.

Ankush Rathi completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology from 2017 to 2021.
