Gaurav Sharda has extensive experience in technology and human resources across multiple organizations. Currently a member of the CIO Professional Networkâ„ , Gaurav serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of HRIS at Beacon Mobility. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Senior Director of Technology and Director of Workday Operations at Life Time Inc., alongside serving as a Senior HR Consultant focusing on SAP to Workday transformation at General Mills and an SAP HR Consultant at St. Jude Medical. Gaurav Sharda holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.
