Martin Gwashavanhu currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at SYNLAB International since August 2024 and is involved in private equity at Cinven, focusing on investments in the DACH region, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role in private equity at capiton AG from January 2020 to July 2023, concentrating on sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, industrial technology, and responsible consumption. Notable investment deals include MIP Pharma, Axxence Group, Kutterer Mauer Group, and Betonbau Group. Martin Gwashavanhu holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Stockholm University and a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance & Actuarial Sciences, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Ljubljana. Additionally, Martin completed the International Baccalaureate program from 2008 to 2010.
